words of wisdom needed...

Hi All! This is my first time posting...I'm going through a rough time with this whole TTC thing!

I got pregnant the very first time we tried, but unfortunatley I had a miscarriage (the baby stopped growing at 6 weeks, although I miscarried at about 9). My OB told me to wait a cycle before we started trying again. it's now been 6 months and i'm still not pregnant!!! with every month that goes by I just become more and more frustrated and concerned that there's something wrong!

does anyone have any words of wisdom for me???

first, i am so sorry for your loss..

your situation is very similar to mine.. i got pregnant the very first month we tried.. then we lost the baby, and it took 6 months to get PG again.. unfortunately that one led to another loss.. but it CAN take time.. i have learned this along the way.. that it can be completely normal to not get PG right away after the first time.

thanks for writing back...I really appreciate it! It's good to know that there are others out there that know and understand what i'm going through. I guess we just have to try our best to stay positive, no matter how difficult it seems sometimes...

I'm soooo sorry for your loss as well...it's such an in credibly crappy thing, to say the very least!

let's hope we BOTH get, and stay, pregnant real soon!!

p.s. we're mets fans in our house too!
