working moms of 2 or more kids that use daycare other than relatives

Since having 2 kids do you feel like you are out a lot more because once one kid gets sick, the other usually gets it? How to you work it out?

My DD had a virus last week so I had to take a few days off, now this week my DS has it and I have to take days off again. Back to back weeks - it doesn't go over well at work Thankfully I work every other day and sometimes I get away with only taking 1 day off each episode, but not this time and my review is on Friday

Unfortunately my DH has very little flexibilty and it all falls on me. We don't have any family that can take them when their sick.

i only have 1 kid, but he keeps getting a cold and then a fever and then a cough from daycare. like last week i was home with him because he was sick. and then this week he got me sick so i was home again! my boss wasnt happy, but im union and i have the days. unfortunately i used my last day so i have to wait until i accrue more. it sucks!
