I can't wake up any earlier than I already do which is 5/5:30...since I go to bed around midnight. I do a 30 minute DVD at night which often starts around 10 pm. When I am really motivated I will leave dirty dishes, laundry, etc overnight as I like to prioritize me over these types of things. I recently started going kickboxing at 8 or 9 pm. Yes, it takes away from my time with the kids, but I think it's important and once a week isn't a big deal! I don't take lunch so that is not an option. Weekends I can't either as it's harder to stay focused and I spend all time with my Kids. If I could drop kids to school every day and then hit a gym, I would be in fantastic shape! :(

I like the 21 Day Fix/Extreme because they're quick workouts and the diet is pretty easy to follow. I try to work out in the morning, but since I changed jobs a month ago and have to be at work earlier, I generally work out at night. I get home a little earlier now and my kids don't go to bed early. If they're hungry, I'll feed them something quick when I get home and then work out once DH gets home. If they're not hungry yet, I'll let them play in the basement where I work out. Exercise helps tone and can speed up the process for losing weight, but diet is really most important.
