Working out/burning fat after baby
I'm 1month postpartum
My pre pregnancy clothes fit except I have a nice (well not so nice) pouch in the middle now
I need to start working out again, but whats the best diet to speed up losing some belly fat?
Its so frustrating to not find anything in my closet that fits nicely now

OK. I really believe things were so out of whack in there it is unreasonable to expect the pouch to go away in a couple of months. There are the lucky few but realistically, it took 9 months to get that large, it's gonna take time.
The 2 Cs. Cardio and carbs. 20 mins of cardio 3-4x a week and as little carbs as you can stand.
Good luck

Re: Working out/burning fat after baby
Only reason I lost the weight so fast b/c after the surgery (I had a crash c-section) I had no appetite and just on the liquid diet. Like you... I lost the weight fast and back into my pre-prego clothes, but that little pouch is annoying. When I finally got my appetite back there was no time to eat. Now it's been 12 weeks and Mason is on such a great routine. He passes out at 7:30 just about every night so I go on the treadmill for half hour or so and do crunches. When I was home with him on maternity leave I'd do push-ups and some 5lb weights when he napped.
Oh, and dancing around entertaining him was both good for me and him. Good excersice and kept him happy.
