You guys are good! I'm done for now, though I still walk around 45 minutes each day at the least. Not bad at 35 weeks IMO!

I did not think we were able to lift heavy weights?!

I am planning to get back into it this week or by next week! With the move, it's been a long few weeks!

I am using 5 to 10 lbs lighter on my upper body and 100 lbs lighter on my lower! I read that you can do what your body is used to. I am taking it easy though. Definitely not training as intense as before. I will go even lighter if and when my joints start to hurt. So far so good.

Re: Workout Log for Us Pregnant Ladies

My Doctor told me since I was experiencing pain and pressure in my lower ab area, I had to take exercising down a notch. So I am walking at a much slower pace.

Friday - Walked 1.6 miles which took 35 minutes

Sunday - Walked 2.3 which took 45 minutes

Hammer Curls 3 sets of 15 with 8lbs
Side Laterals 3 sets of 12 with 5lbs

Re: Workout Log for Us Pregnant Ladies

I have been walking 1 mile 3 times a week or more and doing all the machines at the gym except ab machines. I up'd the weight yesterday and I am sore. When I walk to long on the treadmill I my uterus contracts for awhile. You are all motivating me to build up further or at least walk daily and the machines 3 days
