25 minutes on the elliptical trainer

Wed - 30 minutes on the elliptical rider
15 minutes walking on the treadmill

Bicep hammer curls - 3 sets of 15 8lbs
Shoulder presses - 3 sets of 15 8lbs
Side laterals - sets of 15 5lbs

30 pushups (on knees)

Monday - Walked 50 minutes on the treadmill

40 pushups (on knees)
front lateral lifts 3 sets 15 5lbs

I guess by reading these posts that it's still ok to use the elliptical machine and workout. I just found out the other day that I'm PG and I have stopped going to the gym since I found out.

Pull-ups wide grip- 3 sets of 10
Pull-ups neutral grip- 2 sets of 10
Push presses- 3 sets of 10/60lbs
Incline DB chest press- 3 sets of 10/27.5lbs
Seated cable rows- 3 sets of 10/80bs
Rear delts- 3 sets of 10/40 lbs.

Elliptical 20 minutes

Just got in the mail today my Shiva Rea Prenatal Yoga DVD. I hope this goes better than the last prenatal fitness video I ordered. My back still hurts too much to handle the treadmill, when I've tried it hurts more.
