I think this could look good but only on a certain body type. I think you need boobs but not too big to make this work because of the stripes across that area. It draws your eyes there. So if you're flat (like the girls in the pics above) it doesn't look great, also too big would look funny too.

Would love your honest opinion of this dress
I'm in my 40's and I like it. With long boots I thinks it would look very cute. I would't pay a lot for it, but if it is a reasonable price and if I'd have the body for it, I'd buy it.
