would you book a hotel early for a better price but no refunds?
We want to take the kids to dutch wonderland this summer. I found a hotel that has a great price but I have to book it now, pay completely now and there are no refunds. I can pay reg price which is $30 more a night, but have the guarenteed I can refund if something happens. Would you take the chance on the better price?

I think I would take the risk...the only reason you'd cancel would be an illness or something, right? It's not like your schedules would suddenly not work out or something, right?

Normally I would (and have) but now with my DD you never know when she's going to get sick so I hate to take the gamble. If it were just DH and I then yes I would.
