No. I definitely wouldn't get one of the houses where the front yard borders the service road, and the back fence is along the LIE!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon

There are some houses where they literally squeezed them in between the LIE and the service road..... I guess you won't need a white noise machine there..... Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

nope. noise factor is something that you can't do too much about. we actually passed on a great house that was too close to Sunrise Highway and you could hear the traffic from the backyard. definite deal breaker for me.

No way. We lived two blocks from the LIE/Horace Harding service road and hated it. I'm so happy we sold that house.
