I prob couldn't do it. I bugged out about my house after we bought it I found out the the lil old lady's son that lived with her in the 90's died in twa flight 800! Him and his gf were flight attendants! we found the guys bjs card in the garage so now i can put a face to him...it bothers me from time to time. but i love my house and i am getting over it.
so it depends i guess
But that didn't happen in the house so why would it bug you out? That is like saying that you couldn't buy the house because a previous owner died in 9/11. A lot of people die of natural causes in their homes. As long as the murder didn't occur there I would buy it. Maybe people are turned off by all the work it needs.
I know it didnt happen in the house It just bugs me out because I believe in spirit things...i feel like he is in the house or something. We didnt even know about it until after we bought the house. we still would have bought it but i am just saying it creeps me out a lil. And if it was a 9/11 case it would still creep me out.

DH travels a lot so I am home alone with our dog. I get freaked out as it is, so I would probably pass even though nothing actually happened in the house.

Probaby not...I get freaked out pretty easily and I don't think I would stop thinking about it. Even though nothing happened in the house, I would like they it was haunted or something.

I'm not sure how I would feel but wanted to say that Cheshire is really nice! I grew up in a town right next to it.
