I guess I am the odd one out, but I say no. I just don't understand the point of them. Not a big fan of displaying my naked baby, and not a big fan of pictures of people sleeping.
If someone gave me one, I'd use it, but I'd much rather have something more practical that I needed. I can take plenty of pics of my baby myself.

Baby doesnt have to be naked...
That was my 1st thought also. haha. the baby has a diaper on... and sometimes even a diaper cover. And other times... they might even have a little newborn outfit on.
Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a naked baby newborn pic.
And some pics the baby is awake with eyes open.

Thanks everyone! I don't know if she booked to have one done, I hope not. I didn't want to ask either because I don't want to give her the idea of booking one or let her know thats what I got her.
I would just casually ask her in a way like someone told me they did this... I've never heard of it, did you do that too?
Or better yet ask her DH or SO about it.

I get a ton of requests for gift certificates.
Keep in mind that it doesn't have to be for the whole amount. Some give a set amount towards it and sometimes a bunch of people chip in. One girl recently put money towards one and bought a few hats off etsy and gave her friend a little basket which I thought was super cute.
I've had so many lovely new moms say it was one of the best gifts they've received.
