Would you spend $600 on a handbag?
I just got a NICE commission check and have a $200 gift card to Macys. I want a new LV bag (speedy 25 if anyones familiar) and they have a LV counter at the macys @ roosevelt field mall. Its just for everyday use and DH feels that $600 on yet another handbag is too much. I have too many Coach bags to count, Fendis up the azz, only 2 Guccis, and 1 LV. Would you spend that kind of money on a "toss around" bag that you'll use everyday?
Mind you, DH went out yesterday and bought Xbox 360 and accessories for a grand total of $550!!! He says its different cause thats an investment and he'll use it forever...whatever!

especially since he can validate his xbox......
an LV bag is timeless - a girl i work with uses her grandmothers - now that is an investment - not some technology that will go stale in a few years.

I personally would not, but I think you should. An xbox is only an investment until the next one comes out. Then it's an overpriced, out-of-date dust collector. I should know. DH has a couple of overpriced dust collectors around.
An LV bag, even though I'm not a fan, is a classic.

OK first of all---he'll use XBOX until the newest system comes out 4 years from now. So that's a crock of s**t. All men say that. 
You LV will last much longer that 4 years and will NEVER go out of style. I have the Babylone bag from LV and I use it EVERY DAY for work. I think it's a waste if you don't use it.
I say go for it!!!

There is no comparison between an X-box and a LV! He'll probably use the x-box until some other new game system comes out. I say buy the bag - you earned the commission so you deserve it

the bag is definitely more of an investment than the xbox. you will get many more years out of it than he will from the 360. ugh,guys

personally, I wouldn't. But, I'm nto a big handbag person.... I've spent that amount on other things though. If its what YOU like, and you worked for- you should definitely get it!
