Absolutely, if he missed something, I'd make a quick stop to pick it up.
However, DH usually does the shopping and he goes by a list we make together(when I go alone, we end up with lots of extras because I impulse buy).

DH shops with me every week, and knows what to buy, so yes, I would trust him. I would expect some *revisions* to the list, however he knows what foods/items not to mess with...

Yes, he does it often. We go together a lot too. He would definitely get everything we need...plus more. That's the thing that kinda annoys me..I shop on a budget...he doesn't understand that concept. I actually think he does a lot of impluse buys when he's food shopping..

Yep, he went for me the other day. As long as I give him specifics he doesn pretty well.

Yes, he's excellent at groceries!
He does our weekly shopping b/c he drives to work & I don't, so it is easier for him to stop on his way hom.e the only thing I prefer pick out myself is fruit, b/c he doesn't eat it & I can't really give a list, I have to go by what they have & what looks/feels/smells good.
If we were hosting a holiday, we would plan to to buy & cook together, but I trust him to improvise if neccessary.

Dh does most of the grocery shopping without a list. He's really domesticated and I love it.
He also has a fascination with laundry! LOL.

Absolutely! DH does all the grocery shopping anyway, as I can't stand it and have no patience for it! I make a very specific list and he does fine with it.

DH and I usually do the grocery shopping together. But there have been many times he has gone by himself and he's perfectly fine unless there is something I need that he's never heard of before and that's usually all he questions
