He was born the day after Gillian...isnt that enought to make you sad. I look at what happened to him and think of what could have been for him. He is absolutely adorable...did they ever conclude the situation? Whetherit be the babysitter etc...?

I watched the video of him talking to him mom in the car and literally sat here..
He is an amazing little boy.

They arent alllowed to talk about it due to legal reasons, but I remember doing some research on it...

In a nutshell? His pos babysitter shook him so hard that he had "shaken baby syndrom"....all sorts of injuries, and has been in and out of the hospital since...he had some moments where it seemed he may not make it but he is thriving

Basically, the story is that the mom dropped him off at daycare (he was 5 months at the time - and I believe the daycare was in a woman's house) When she picked him up she noticed that there was something wrong with him - brought him to the hospital and it turns out he had been shaken.
He was REALLY messed up. If you go on the moms MY space page you can see him when he was first in the hospital - they are pictures that you will never ever get out of your mind.
What this poor family has gone through is just so devastating. He has had tons of surgeries and they thought he would basically be in a vegetative state. He has been making tons of progress though - it's simply amazing.
Breaks my heart everytime I look at what his little body had to go through.
