I'm just so upset for the family. It's ripping my heart apart to think of this little girl, Alex's age, not knowing where her mommy is. Everyday, EVERY DAY when I pick up Alex and Ava is there, all she is doing is crying "mama" over and over. The last thing I remember telling her mother was that her daughter was crying for her, and to hurry to the room to get her, as I was passing her in the hall with Alex.
It really is such a reminder that you really should try to live each day like it's your last, and to stop and think about what is REALLY important. That new pair of shoes, or the new car... it doesn't go with you when you die - only your memories do

 to their family. My friends mother died suddenly the same way when my friend was 12 and her brother was 7. She was in the shower when it happened and no one was home.

My heart is breaking for that girls family...she was so young.I cannot even begin to imagine my daughter not having me in her life....

DH's best friend died unexpectedly at a young age as well - she went to work one day, and died in the middle of an email... You never know when your time will come - makes you realize how precious every moment is....

AGH! This is the story I don't want to be (nor hear).
Those poor adorable children. I hope they are AOK! Please send something nice over to the family (like a meal they can just throw in the oven, or just pick up a meal and drop it off one day in about two weeks)
