OK, am I the only person who couldn't care less?
(For the record, I also wouldn't care if Bush said it either)
The reason why I don't care is becuase there are MANY bigger issues to fret over than a comment on a late night TV show....
I also feel the same way about the AIG bonus thing. enough already.
Here's my perspective... as un-PC as it is...
Our economy is hemoraging, our country is at war in 2 different countries, our health care system and infrastructure are in shambles.... Who the heck cares if the prez makes an off-color comment or some weasles make off with a few million $? We have much bigger fish to fry (pakistan has nukes, a paranoid man is holding north korea hostage, the world economy has just been flushed, AIDS epidemic in DC.... I could go on and on and on)
AIG and the tonight show are merely media diversions from real issues....

Then why is the President wasting time going on a late night comedy show? He's the PRESIDENT, not a Hollywood celeb... The Tonight Show isn't the forum to try to sell us this stimulus package IMHO.

he's going on a late night show to reach out to constituents who otherwise would never EVER watch a raw news feed of a presidental press conference.
so, he makes the dry political news more 'palatable' by mixing it with a little light-hearted conversation.
brilliant idea... don't know why other presidents haven't already done that....

I think at this point many people feel that Mr. Obama is acting more like a celebrity than a president.
So he has time for late night show and bowling? while there is an economic crisis going on and people are losing their jobs and their houses? and while they are forced to live in tent cities? And who really care whats his score was? 
Also he really needs to think before saying something, bc he seems to be making inappropriate remarks little more than he should(we all remember Nancy Reagan joke)

My BIL says this guy is dangerous when you get him away from a teleprompter.
