What an awful story.
My SIL is in real estate and she said that once when the sheriff went to seize a house from an old lady, she wanted to vacuum it one last time so it was clean. She said it was so sad. Most people trash their houses when they're being foreclosed! I bought a foreclosure and the previous owner shot the walls up with a gun before he left!
