WW & Smoothie Benefits?
Hi, I'm new to making smoothies...can anyone rate this for me? Thanks for any input!
Water
Banana
Kale
Whey Protein
ETA: the whey is 1.5 pts + for a tbsp...I pointed it out and the smoothie came to 4 point + from etools!! I was going to given myself two point + orginally....Thoughts?

I think that looks good... you can also put ice instead of water to make it a little thicker (if you like that) and it will have a nice cold taste.

WW sells smoothies. They are ok, i get the vanilla and add a banana to it. They are 2 points, and pretty filling.
