WW - question on activity/flex points and steak!!
if you go over your points for the day or week, does it automatically pull from the activity or flex points first? Also, those who have used any or all activity or flex points, did you still lose weight that week?
Question on steak...I can't seem to find a definitive answer. I bought NY strip steak in the supermarket. How many points is that? I'm guessing it needs to be no more than 3-4 oz for it to be within reason with points?
Thanks!!

It pulls from your flex points and only takes your activity points once your flex are depleted.

Re: WW - question on activity/flex points and steak!!
As far as activity points go, personally I go about the plan as though they do not even exist. I will use flex points on occassion, and that has not hindered my weight loss.
Do you have the monthly pass? If so, you have access to e-tools. It's really a great resource for recipes, and has points values for so many foods that aren't included in the book. For example, I just used the food search function for steak, and it came up with 625 results! According to that, a 3oz. serving of strip steak is 5 points, if you trim the fat off, it's 4. HTH!

Thanks for the info, very helpful. I am actually doing the ww online, so I don't think I have a monthly pass. That's a great idea, to "ignore" the activity points. I have not used any flex points yet, my idea is to hold them until the weekend when I'm more likely to be tempted to eat more. Thanks again.
