WW and breakfast help....
What are you guys eating for breakfast?!?! During the week I literally have no time to do anything in the morning...i need something quick. What about the weekends?
Please help!

Almost every day during the week I have a greek yogurt. I can't eat when I first get up so I bring it to work. I generally have a banana about an hour later too.
On the weekends I usually make egg white omelettes or egg whites on a mini bagel or english muffin.
Occasionally I'll throw in oatmeal or cereal.
