WW ladies - when did it start getting hard to lose the weight?
I lost another point allowance this week.
Which mean... well, either no more wine, eating salads a lot or skipping another 2 points snack.
The 1st 20 Lbs were lost relatively easy.
But now I am down 2 points allowance per day from when I started and I feel it's going to be hard.
I should add that I do not use my extra weekly 35 point allowance.

Re: WW ladies - when did it start getting hard to lose the weight?
I had a lot of points at first and I know I still get a good amount of points but I find it getting harder and harder as I lose points. So I recently started working out a lot. I exercise everyday now and meet with a trainer twice a week. I find that by doing so I'm able to still lose about a pound a week without making the sacrifice with eating. It gets harder as you lose points but you just have to find some low point snacks to get you through and give your body time to adjust to the point change.

you adjust.
I started with 25 and each time I lost a point, I would panic. But now I am down to 22 points and I have adjusted to that.

Re: WW ladies - when did it start getting hard to lose the weight?
Why aren't you using your 35? Everyone is different but I used to use ALL of my weekly flex points every week. I needed it. Now I have extra points for nursing so I don't really need them as much.
If you feel you are hungry definitely dip into those points. Don't be afraid to use them - that's what they are there for! Try it one week. It may actually help your weight loss.
ETA: Just wanted to say that losing points doesn't mean you have to stop treating yourself or start starving yourself. Sometimes you just have to adjust parts of your program so that you are getting more bang for your buck. Subbing lower point alternatives for things you are already eating etc.

What are you eating?
I found that when I made the change to less processed foods, the 5lbs I've been holding on to were lost rather quickly.
Do you exercise? If so, you may need to eat some of your WPA. I find that since I work out hard, if I eat my minimum points (18 when losing), my body holds on to every last calorie, so I need to use my weeklies.

it's hard all of the time but I use my weekly pts and sometimes my activity pts.
I've lost about 15 lbs. It will come off slower now.
