WW ladies...a question

if you don't mind...

Can you post a typical day or two days?

I just joined back again and need some help with meals and spacing out food, thanks Chat Icon

I HAVE TO get back on the wagon!
Here is a typical day for me!


B: Egg Beaters or Cereal, Fruit, Crystal Light Tea

S: Kelloggs Fiber Plus bar OR LUNA bar

L: Meat (turkey, chicken, roast beef, whatever) w/ slice of WW cheese on Light Bread, WW pretzels or pop chips, and fruit

S: String Cheese, Fruit or Raw Veggies

D: Anything! I try and get recipes from the WW site or Skinny Taste site.

After dinner I ALWAYS need a sweet so either:

1. WW Brownie
2. WW Cream Cake (chocolate)
3. Bryers Slow Churned cookie Sandwich
4. WW Ice


ETA: On my sandwiches at lunch, I try my best to throw lettuce on too! Give it that crunch and I get another Veggie in.

I'm having an easier time with WW so far because I am unemployed. I find myself finding a recipe and running to the store. I think the key is planning ahead (which I'm not doing but once I start working, I'll have to!).

Breakfast: egg beaters with reduced fat cheese and maybe some veggies on a WW or a light wheat roll

Snack: banana, fiber one bar or light babybel

Lunch: Soup, Tuna (made with light mayo) on wheat, Lean Cuisine or even an apple w/ reduced fat PB

Snack: more fruit or veggies, yogurt, milk, etc.

Dinner: I've been cooking a new recipe from WW online every night - we've had a lot of casseroles. I like to do things I can equally divide an know the points! We had turkey shepherd's pie last night - delicious! Lots of quiches and salads, etc.

Plan ahead, write everything down and try new recipes!

I just started a few weeks again but here are the things I alternate between.

Breakfast

Ice Coffe- touch of skim milk and equal=1 point
Then I have 2 pieces of ww rye bread toasted with I cant belive it's not butter spray= 2 points total, then I will either have fruit with it, or Jenny-0 turkey bacon ( which is like 2 points for 4/5 slices. SOmetimes I will jsut put jelly on my toast for 4 points ( then skip the bacon.). If I am in a rush I buy the WW Choc. Chip muffins= 5 points.

Then I have Snacks before lunch.... Fruit, WW bars or chips, I eat a lot of the 100 calorie pack snacks ( only 3 points). SOmetimes a eat a whole bag of popcorn 94% fat free = 4 points. Love the oatmeal cookies buy WW in the grocery store=1 point

Lunch- Boar's head Everroast chicken, or honey glazed turkey on WW bread with one slice of lowfat cheese = 6 points,

or I use the perdue chicken shortcuts and put them in a WW pita, with a bit of tomatoe sauce and a few sprinkles of fat free shredded cheese, Then put in the microwave for a few seconds... Low in points and a healthy versionb of chicken par.

More snacks.... Pirates booty= 4 points, fruit or 100 calorie packs.

DInner- Grilled chicken, Lean Cusine Meals, I make Chicken tacos- but put them in lettuce ( vs taco shell), healthy lean Chicken Sausage, chicken fajitas but without wrap. ...Soups and veggies,

Dessert= ww desserts, italian ice, popcorn i like sometimes....

Breakfast: 1 cup cheerios (3 pts) with 1 cup skim (2 pts and a dairy!) and a banana, 3 egg whites (1), 1 slice borden 2% cheese (1), latortilla factory wrap (1)

Snack: A banana, some berries, a fiber 1 bar

Lunch: Sometimes a LC egg thai spring rolls (5) and a salad, 2 slice light bread (2), Boar's Head BBQ Chicken (1), slice of cheese(1) lettuce and mustard, WW BBQ Chips (2)

Snack: Fiber One Brownies (2 pts and SO GOOD!), 1/2 cup sugar free cool whip (1) mixed with 1 tbsp chocolate syrup (1) or mixed with defrosted frozen raspberries - so good and like a mousse!), Fiber One Chocolate PB Bars (2), WW Cinnamon Crunch Chips (2)

Dinner: ususally Tilapia once a week, grilled chicken topped with spinach, tomato and Part Skim mozzarella, brown rice, lots of veggies and salads with ff feta, red onions and radishes sprinkled with balsamic and a spray of olive oil from my misto sprayer, grilled shrimp, Grilled chicken, grilled onion and poblano peppers in a 1 pt wrap with lite cheese and lite sour cream and a slice of avocado

Dessert: WW Dark chocolate raspberry mini bar (2 pts) - I usually eat two! or my cool whip and berry/chocolate syrup mix (1-2 pts)
