WW Momentum program question

Hello all ! How is this different than the flex points sytstem? I asked the leader at my first meeting and she wasn't even paying attention to me, she was fixing a printer ! She then said there is no difference to shut me up. Is there a difference? I know the points system from 6 years ago and just wanted to do that !

Re: WW Momentum program question

Based on the tutorials I took online, Momentum is basically the flex plan (no more core as PP said), but with a focus on using your daily points for filling foods. Some foods also have Set Points, which allows you to have a larger portion of the food item for a set points value. For example, chicken can be 5 points, whether you have 3 ounces or 5 ounces (or you can just do the traditional points system). It's about learning to know when you're satisfied and not eating to the point where you are full.

Re: WW Momentum program question

This sounds interesting. I may look into it. I've had success with Flex in the past. I like the idea of "set point."

However, I think "Hungry" in the commercials is ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
