I weighed yesterday as well, and went down 1 lb, which is ok with me--I ate a lot of meals out last week, so that seemed pretty reasonable. I'm almost at my goal...

YEAH!!! I had my 6th weeks WI OP and I lost 4.8 lbs. So much better than last week's .4 lost. So as of today I've lost 18.2 in 6 weeks! I feel great!

Just got back from my WI. Didnt go last week because I was at Disney. But I managed to lose .4 since my last WI. It is better than gaining after all I ate at Disney, so I am ok with it. Hoping for a better week next week.

Thank you--I really didn't have a huge amount to lose. I went to WW, because I found my metabolism slowing down and I was just not fitting into a lot of my old clothes... I really think it was the best thing I could have done for myself. I'm just nervous that once I am at my goal I will end up going right back to where I started by thinking I can eat whatever I want!
I weigh in tomorrow, after a week of PMS eating. Not looking forward to it!!

dld4e, how did you end up doing? i was shocked to see that i lost .6 of a pound. i know its not much, but just the fact that there was a loss was a shocker! i hope you were successful too!
where do you go for your weigh ins anyway? maybe we are in the same place!

I stayed OP all week and didn't even use all my flex points but I didn't exercise and I am not drinking enough water either!! I am working on it though!!!

I'm back on the wagon.
1 lb. down this week. that makes 10 pounds in 7 weeks. (for the last few weeks, I fell off the wagon, but surprisingly I didn't gain anything)

I had WI on Monday night... I only lost .4 lbs. My TOM started that morning so I wasn't expecting a loss. So far it's 18.6 lbs!

Maxine, where is the one in Bay Terrace? I still go to my meeting on LI, but moved to Queens and might change over occasionally.

I had my weigh in on saturday and ended up gaining 1 lb. The first time I gained since being on the program for 12 weeks. I hope next week I see a loss.
Hopefully everyone is having a good ww week.

That happens, but look at the total amount of weight you've lost, and you're still doing fine. Not to worry, just don't get discouraged
