Re: WW weekly weigh in

Well I went to my first weight in since starting and lost 3.8 while my DH lost 9.8. I can not believe that men lose so much faster, but am very happy with my lost and my DH.

Congrats!!! 3.8 is a great start.

I understand it can be difficult to see your DH lose so fast , but you loss is amazing too. My DH is as skinny as a rail and lost weight when I started WW just because of the healthier dinners, now I keep plenty of ice cream (a kind I don't like) and other snacks in the house for him.

Keep up the good work!

I lost 1.8 this week Chat Icon

My DH is also doing ww with me and he always doubles or triples my weekly loss, it motivates me to keep on working hard to lose the weight.

I hope everyone is having a good week!

Re: WW weekly weigh in

Down 3.8 this week for a total of 17 lbs.

Just a quick piece of advice-I have been averaging about 2lbs a week for the entire 2 months I have been on WW.

However, last week I was up .6. I was quite discouraged because I had eaten the same as I usually do. The only things I did differently were to not be as diligent with journaling everything I eat AND I had added a lot of salt to things this that week.

So, for this week, I cut the added salt and wrote EVERYTHING down again. I think it really helped. I also think that had I not added all that salt to my diet I would not have been up .6 and that once it left my system it let me recoup the weight I would have lost last week.

Just my two cents on the perils of salt.

I lost 2 pounds this week! I think I'm going to change my weight date to Saturday morning - I was 2 pounds less that I was this morning! The weekends kill me!!!

Okay, so I changed my weigh day to Saturday morning, and I lost a pound. My total so far is 9.5 pounds.

Re: WW weekly weigh in

I only lost .4 this week, so I was a little disappointed. But, looking at the total it isn't bad, I have lost all together 8 lbs so far Chat Icon

Re: WW weekly weigh in

I was flat this week, but that's okay-I had a great weighin last week so I am glad I am at least flat this week so that I know last week wasn't a fluke (I was sure it would show I gained). Down 17 total so far.

Re: WW weekly weigh in

After a few weeks that were horrible and being very much OFF plan I stuck to it this week and lost 1.2. I probably gained in the other weeks so that means I probably lost some of what I gained, so I'm glad about that and looking forward to a new week!

Congrats that is great!

I also lost 1.2 this week. I was a little disappointed because I really stuck to it this week, didn't cheat once.
But at loss is a loss I guess!

I was down 3.4lbs this week. It was my first week back so I was hoping for more because I was soooo good but it's still a good loss. Hoping for another good one next week.

You are doing great-35 pounds is an amazing loss! It is really frustrating to lose a little bit at time, but try to stay positive. Do you do core or flex? Maybe you can switch to the one you aren't doing for a change? Chat Icon

Re: WW weekly weigh in

I've been MIA for awhile but am back...I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and I am sure I will be horrified..I'm so mad at myself I was doing so good and then went on vacation and never really got back on track...I definitely "feel" like I've gained a lot of weight back...I'm very down on myself but hope that I can start back fresh tomorrow and get back into going to the gym again

I've posted before about the Wendie Plan. It is modified weight watchers and it tells you how to use your flex points to get the greatest weight loss. It is good for getting out of ruts/plateaus and getting back to the point where you have a few pounds of a loss each week.

Do a google search fr Wendie Weight Loss or FM me if you want more info on it.
