I haven't posted in a while because I have been really busy but I am doing really well with WW on my own. I have now lost a total of 25.5 lbs. Still more to go though

Great job everyone!!
Even with my munching I somehow managed to lose 3 pounds!!
I'm now at an 18 pound total loss!
Now I just have to get back on track!

I lost 5 lbs my 1st week (weighed in last Wed), so i will weigth in again this Wednesday, I'm not getting my hopes up It was a tough week

I feel good but I have a lot more to go unfortunately  Little by little I'll get there though, I am in no rush.
I joined ww online and that has helped tremendously. I had been trying for at least a year to do ww on and off (on my own, going to meetings etc.), but by doing it online it's so easy for me to journal and it's helped me stay on track.

I have lost 24.2 pounds since December, and that includes having to re-lose 8 that I had gained while away . . . .
