I work for a VERY large company. There are about 200 people on my floor and I know most of them. I have had such terrible MS - I would say I average throwing up somewhere between 2 and 5 times a day. I haven't told people at work yet - so I've been sneaking down to the 8th floor where no one knows me to use that bathroom. I try to use the handicapped bathroom that is a separate room from the regular women's room but it doens't always work out. The 8th floor is much less crowded so 3/4 of the time there is no one in there. The other times - I feel so weird. Sometimes I tell the other women - don't worry, I'm not sick, just pregnant. Most of the time I say nothing and they say nothing to me. Once in a blue moon someone will ask if I'm ok.
What would you do? Is there proper ettiquette for this?

ITA. Especially since its such a large workplace, you don't need to explain yourself to everyone. I'm sorry you're having such terrible MS. Are you taking anything for it?
