wwyd? my skip hop diaper bag is falling apart
i bought a skip hop diaper bag the week of thanksgiving. it was $$ and is curretnly falling apart. the bottle pockets the stiches on the top and bottom have come completly undon and the foam underneat is showing. im VERY upset i cant seem to find my reciept but i just want it to be fixed this is the best bag i had.
should i just email skip hop directly and see if they can do something for me? in themean time im still looking for the reciept.

If you take it to BBB they'll exchange it for a new one. They really take anything back.
