wwyd??? Nursery school related..with poll
You get called up to school because your child was hit by another child. When you get there your child is already starting to bruise and you meet the mother of the other child in the hallway since they seperated the hitter from the class. When she see's your child the other mother apologizes a couple of times and you start to feel better. Than the other mother throws out there that the child has sensory issues as well as a few other things and it was "RECOMMENDED" that they avoid putting him in a group setting until he could get a handle on his anger but the mother says that the school was running a discount and she couldn't pass it up. WOULD YOU TELL THE DIRECTOR?
(This is not for me BTW )

Yes, I would. The woman offered this information with no expectation of privacy, and it sounds as though it is a safety issue for the other children, not to mention doing a disservice to the child who needs help with his sensory/anger issues.

I agree. It would be one thing if someone saw a form they shouldn't have seen, but if the mother offered it, I would speak to the director. When it comes to DS, I am an over protective mama bear!
