I have a tiny house - 3 small bedrooms but a huge amount of clutter from the kids.

$80. We have about 1900 sq ft that she cleans. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, LR, DR.
I'm pretty happy with her. I could nit pick stuff but overall she does a good job. She's a bit higher than what I used to pay but I'm OK with it b/c she's good.

$40/week. I have a tiny house (hi-ranch converted to 2 family, we have bottom level) - 3 small bedrooms, 1 small bathroom. I keep it picked up for when they come so all they have to do is clean.
However, they clean my SIL's also (she's upstairs) and charge the same. She has clutter everywhere and they do almost twice the amount of work for the same price. Go figure.

I wonder how much it would be for a 1 bedroom co-op? DH and I have been talking about getting a cleaning lady, but don't have much to spare for that.
Can anyone recommend their cleaning person if you think they'd travel to Queens?

My house is 3500 sq ft. I have 3br (master, and 2 kids rooms), 3 1/2 bath, dining room, living and family rooms and full basement. They change all linens, wash and fold them, fold all other laundry that I do, vacuum (they even do the couches, take all the cushions off, etc), very thorough dusting, clean up misc. toys that are left around, clean kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 - 4 women that come every other week and we pay $100.

Back in the day, I paid 80 for a 2br 1 bath and laundry, but we lived in the Hamptons. I saw Jeff had a coupon if you need.

i've only had seasonal/special event cleaning, but look into Sonia and Can-Do Cleaning (she's a mom herself)...and I see that she is now a vendor on here (tell her Julianne sent you).

depends where you live I think, in our neck of the woods its around 100-150 for 2 bedroom condo
its a rare treat at that rate

We pay 100 and she is here for 6 hours. She just cleans no laundry, ironing, etc.
