I developed a lump during pregnancy-- in fact now that I am PP, I need to follow up. I did some research and a lot can happen in the breasts due to hormones, etc., which is basically what I developed-- a lactating adenoma (aka breast tumor of pregnancy). I had it biopsed and it was benign-- I just need to follow up to check for size, etc. But I am nursing, so I am not sure what they can do.

But, if it acts up during your period, it is probably hormone related, etc. These lumps and bumps are fairly common in young women.
