Not sure if this is related to having a baby or not.

That sounds awful! I really hope your Drs can figure out whats going on with you! I feel so badly that you are going through all of this.

I hate to say it but it sounds almost like a gallbladder attack. I had the same thing happen to me 2x since giving birth 10 months ago. It is VERY common for this to happen in PP woman. Give your DR. a call and ask him what yu should do if it continues. Mine happened 2x a couple of months apart. Now I'm just very careful of what i eat.

I was thinking the same thing. I passed a gallstone and the pain was worse then full labor contractions. My attacks were brought on my other things besides eating too.

I am also going to say could be gall bladder. I was 5 months PP when DH rushed me to the ER at 2AM cuz I honeslty thought I was having a heart attack. Very Scary. I was nauseous too. I just wanted the 'gas" pain to go away and it wouldn't. I ended up in surgery the next night. My surgeon said that the gall bladder attacks are very common in women who just had a baby. Def. give your Dr. a call.
