xlink from Careers for Human Resource Employees...
My dh went for a job interview. He was interviewed by the person in human resources and the owner. She called today to make sure his application was exactly what he wanted as she is going to submit it.
Does this mean he is just going to go into a pile of other applications with the owner or are they interested in him?

He put down a salary he wanted and then changed it and she wasn't sure which one he wanted as they actually start at the lower one.

There must be some level of interest for them to consider his salary preference... although I also think that the # he put down can either put him in the 'possible candidate' or 'won't be considered' pile.

I hope it's the former!
Thanks, we hope too. It seems good but we will have to see. Haven't heard anything yet and it was last Wed. he went for the interview. Hopefully they are just waiting to interview a few more to make their decision that my dh is the right candidate-lol!!
