I love love love target wrapping paper!!! sooooo stylish 
they have several coordinating lines. My favorite is one with white, ice blue, and bright christmas red. I shamelessly hoard the second they put the paper out in late fall 
the other place I buy paper is IKEA. They have inexpensive and pretty paper as well.....
