I don't think things are looking good for me

I had my first Doctor's appt on Friday. (since having 2 BFP pregnancy tests )and the dr. was rather concerned.

He saw some "more than normal" spotting and he thought the sac was rather small.took some blood tests, waiting for results on Tuesday

I had some spotting that friday night when i would wipe,and then on sat. I went to pee, had some spotting on my underwear, i wiped and there was "period like" blood on the napkin and a small thin stream in the toilet.
and im spotting again today.

i think i am about 6 weeks.

I called the dr. on sat. and never heard back from the arsehole!


i am driving blind here! i have no idea what is going on with my body!

this can't be normal, right? i had no internet access this weekend up until now!
please help!

He is probably wanting to see if your hcg numbers are doubling; that is a good indication that the pregnancy is heading the right way. I know it's tough, but the results of the bloodwork should give you some answers. There are many reasons for spotting and you can't assume anything until the doctor confirms. Sorry you are dealing with this, I hope everything works out for you

I hope that all is well despite the bleeding. Are you having cramping too? The doctor is probably checking for the hCG doubling...when do you go for repeat bloodwork?

I would call him again this morning. You should repeat bloodwork and get another sono. I hope everything is fine

well, i had my very first appt. on Friday.
he took some blood work and i am waiting to hear back from the dr. today/tomorrow.
I guess i have to wait till then.
i am going to call him today though.. maybe he will want me for repeat blood work... no idea.

I would call him again today and tell him what happened over the weekend. Hopefully he may be able to see you today or rush your blood results so you don't have to wait till tomorrow!!!!

unfortunately, you can't tell much from the sonos so early on.... if you got pregnant later than you think by several days, the sac could be smaller than you would expect.... the real diagostic at this point are the blood tests... your levels should be doubling every 48 hours...

that everything is ok with you....

Did you hear from your dr yet? You should still get bloodwork done again today since it has been 3 days and you should see it double. Also, the sac should be a little larger. I was amazed at how much chaged ina few days early on.

i finally got in touch with the dr!
he is going to try to have the results faxed today!

i guess it's the only way to see what is going on with me.
once we see what the results reveal, then we can take it from there.
Maybe he'll want me to go back in for more bloodwork tomorrow, which i think he mentioned...

we'll see! this is just too much for me to handle!
i am in limbo b.c i cant get excited yet i cant think negatively.
