If you want a second child, it's definitely something you should take seriously because it might mean that your time is limited.
However, AMH is notoriously bad at predicting pregnancy rate. What it's good at predicting is response to fertility drugs since it's a marker of quantity of follicles recruited each month from your main pool. Number of eggs produced for IVF is not an indicator of embryo quality, and that's what you need to make a baby. The fact that you have a baby that you conceived with ease is a good sign, but that was also 5 years ago. Sorry, there's no easy answer. The only way to really find out how fertile you are is to try to make a baby

AMH is still a fairly "new" test that drs are still learning about. Few studies have been done on a women's amh level who never had issues and conceived without any testing or intervention, so basically there may be a fair amount of women running around with low amh levels who had no troubles but never got to the point of testing.
Hope this makes sense, having trouble wording it !
AMH is also a piece of the puzzle, not the whole thing, did they do a day 3 fsh or any other tests?
