yard sale/garage sale question
I know everyone has yard sales, I have too. But I've heard some towns require you to have a permit beforehand? Is this true? Anyone know if the town of hempstead-Levittown requires this?

Nope, we've had a bunch in my town (wantagh)...there are tons every weekend too !
My friend lives in Glen Cove and they definitely need a permit.

You do in my town and some other towns in the Town of Hemsptead. I would check first. You could get fined depending on where you live.
