I hate to say this- but they did show a breakdown map of Long Island and 90% voted red for the presidency....believe it was a local news station that showed this
Again- all this hate right now going back and forth- how does it make any of you better than him with all these comments?

And that is not hateful stereotyping? Saying that Trump supporters and not sane or rational people?
I stayed pretty neutral throughout the election. While I am more aligned to Republicans, I vote on what I think is best, no matter what party they are with. From what I have seen in my little bubble of the world and on Facebook, the only people that were nasty, calling names, shaming and bashing were Hillary Supporters. That is why Trump supporters did not come out and speak. Even if they made a valid argument they were met with ridicule, name calling and shaming. So the avid Hillary Supporters (again in my little bubble) were no better than what they are claiming is so bad about Trump.
In the end, people need to respect the Presidency and there is another election in 4 years.

I agree. That's why there were so many supporters who were silent, but apparently, the majority. I can't wait to see when Whoopi and Miley, etc, will be moving.

What is he going to do to make things "better"? I still can't get an answer from anyone! Unemployment was at 7.9% when Obama took over. Right now it's at about 4.9%. Median household income went from 55,300 to 56,500. Private Job growth had a similar rise under Obama... so what is so bad??? I'm genuinely curious. I understand Obama care needs help, but what about the part that removed women as a "pre existing condition?!", or the part that took off the lifetime limit? I was literally watching our lifetime limit decrease everytime we went to the dr. That's so messed up! Then Obama care passed and that disappeared off my statements! It's not all bad!! What is wrong with everyone. There is so much hate and I'm really upset over it. I truly thought we were better.

We are not better. Yesterday they crawled out of their holes in droves where they were incubating their bigotry in secret and proved we are not better. Whatever may come our way going forward, we brought it on ourselves.

His actions with that- disgusting, I can't watch
I mean this in THE NICEST way I can say this, but I have dedicated my life to helping the disabled, schooling, working 50+ hours a week to help and advocate, sacrificing higher paying jobs, spending my own money- thousands each year to buy stuff when families can't afford it and I'm providing therapy or when the state has continually made budget cuts and we can't buy what we need... but thinknjack long and and hard, have you ever used the R-word? Because if you have, it's HIGHLY offensive and you are no better than him. So before spreading even more hate than what we are faced with this morning, everyone needs to reflect on their own past actions before enilating him.

Let's be very clear about something. The electoral college has spoken and that is very different than "the people". Hillary won the popular vote, albeit by a very small margin, but she won it.
I just hope that "Make America Great Again" doesn't turn into "Make America HATE Again". Trump now has 4 years to prove lots of people (including myself) wrong. I truly hope he does.
