Re: yet another c-section question - sorry girls!
I was induced but didn't dialate beyond 2 cm after 10 hours and my contractions were having a bad effect on DD... so the decision to do a c/s was made.
My next baby may be a planned c/s, just easier than going through that all day to face the disappointment of not pushing (that's just me, some have no issue with that). I do know some people who have successfully pushed out a baby with an induction. I just think for me, doing a planned c/s will be less stressful for all involved, I'll know what to expect. My doctor saw no reason to schedule a c/s beforehand, and as for the next baby, he said we'll discuss it then, but he sees no reason for me medically not to go for a VBAC... I'm just not sure I want to deal with that again. It was frustrating to me, but again, everyone's different.

I was induced, but after 21 hours of labor and only 6cm dd, had to have c-section. It was not as scary as I thought, and recovery was not bad. I know it is scary but everything will be fine
