I give my boys half a cup of yougurt (they love it!) and half a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. I cut back on some of the cereal when i started the yogurt.

I give him as much as he wants. Usually a full thing. Either for breakfast or lunch.

I usually just give him 1 yogurt for breakfast, but if he still seems hungry sometimes I give him some fruit too.

I don't give it to her everyday. I have it in the fridge as an option for either breakfast, lunch or a snack.
