Yoga Classes for Moms-to-be?
I've been thinking of trying Yoga for Pregnant Women. I've never even done Yoga before, nor do I have a gym membership.
Does anyone know of any classes that are offered on the South Shore, evenings?
Has anyone tried this, and would they recommend to a somewhat out of a shape mom-to-be?
TIA.

I'd love to know this too. I was going to Inner Light in Sayville, but they aren't listing prenatal yoga anymore.

Me three!! I've been thinking about pre-natal yoga too. I'm on the south shore in Nassau as well.
