i have a breathable one for DD from BRU. She does not roll over yet. She needs a crib wedge for her reflux and will slide down too much without it. I place it near her hip-thigh and her arms go over it. its been fine

That much I know, the problem is that DD wont sleep on her back for longer than an hour at a time. Someone suggested a sleep positioner, but I thought that we werent supposed to use them.

Does it move when she moves? My DD thrashes around like crazy? Does breathable mean that even if their faces got in it they could breathe through it? TIA!

if your child is able to roll over, your supposed to stop using positioner. Thats what the box says.

ditto on the overheating. i brought mine in to ped's office and asked her if it was ok (paranoid) and she said it was fine until DD is rolling around on her own. i don't think i'd use it once she does
