How many ounces of water do you drink per day?
For those of you that keep track...
Just curious.
I'm trying to be more conscious of how much water I drink- not just grabbing a seltzer or a glass of water throughout the day and not keeping track.
There are conflicting things online about how much you "should" be drinking so I was curious what others did

Not nearly enough. I'm interested in knowing too. I see a lot of conflicting info about this. They sell those big bottles you can carry with you all day with the timed markings if you need a reminder to drink more throughout the day. I have one, but never actually use it though

According to my FitBit I'm supposed to drink 64 oz. a day. I don't usually make it- usually between 40 and 50.
ETA: I can't drink water with a meal- I need something else... iced tea (I drink the diet Snapple Lemon and it's only like 5 calories), seltzer, or Coke Zero.

I try to aim for 8 cups but don’t always make it. Sometimes I drink 5 or 6 during the day.

What I do is fill a large glass 2/3 with water and then add in 1/3 of juice. This way I am having water with taste. I started by doing 2/3 juice and 1/3 water. Now full juice is too sweet for me. It took a little time to get used to it, but I easily have my daily water intake this way.

at one point, i was drinking a gallon of water a day. i got sick and was only drinking 36oz. i'm working my way back up. i'm at 42oz a day, right now.

When I fill my water bottle (which is about 28 oz) I find it easy- I kind of mindlessly drink all day while working and before I know it, it's time to refill it.
Yesterday I refilled it twice- so 3 x 28 means I had 84 oz without even really thinking about it.
If I don't use a water bottle, it's just a free for all and I really don't drink that much

Usually about 60-80oz during the week when I'm at the keyboard all day. Less when I'm doing random stuff on the weekends.

Not much. 2 bottles a day usually so like 32 Oz. But also drink Gatorade, coffee, decaf Diet Coke, etc. I’m probably dehydrated a little.

This exactly. I fill up my 32oz water bottle 2 to 3 times a day.
I also keep sliced cucumber and lemon in it and only like it room temp.

this is pretty much the only way I keep my water intake up. I have a 32 oz bottle that I refill. I also add 1/2 a lemon and lots of ice. I refill it several times a day and bring it with me in the car if we go out.

I have a 40oz jug with a straw that I fill at least twice. I also have a 24 oz bottle that I drink during/after my workout. I also have 2 seltzers per day.

I drink 1 gallon plus 1 20oz bottle and a can of seltzer
I drink my 20 Oz bottle before work. Bring a gallon with me (I usually finish most of it) then I drink a can of seltzer with dinner and sip on my 20 Oz bottle some more
I have chronic kidney stones so I have to drink A LOT.

Not enough. I am always thirsty in the evenings and drink a ton then, which leads me to be up all night peeing. I used to be better, but now that I am in a mask all day at work, it really stops me from properly hydrating.

Not enough. I typically drink an iced tea when I wake up and then try to drink water throughout the day. It's been harder now that I'm back in the office bc I don't want to use the water cooler to refill. Yesterday, I realized I didn't even finish my original 16 oz bottle of water by the end of the day. No wonder I get dehydration headaches about once a week.

I have kidney stones as well. That's why I'm trying to be more mindful of how much I'm drinking

I have been really bad lately but I usually have a 24oz bottle and right I drink one 1-2 bottles a day. I use to drink at least 3-4 sometimes more a day. I really need to get back to that!

It’s awful
Since I was a toddler my mom would have to force feed me teaspoons of water
And pls don’t tell me to try adding lemon or cucumber. That’s even worse for me
I’ve really gotta start though. Maybe seeing everyone’s responses will give me a kick start

Have you tried Hint water?
It's flavored- but no sugar or artificial sweetner- it's not sweet- just essence.
It's actually very good
