On 5/30/21, 19 #COVID19 cases were reported (0.3%); 0 were hospitalized (total 72), 1 died, and 12 were discharged; 55.1% of Suffolk's population of 1,481,093 have received at least one dose of COVID vaccine, 46.8% have completed their vaccine series.

Right now I’m in NC for the weekend..no masks anywhere. It’s fantastic!! My husband is a performer in a tribute band out of LI and he is waiting for all the clubs to open in NY at full capacity. My friend actually went off her anxiety meds after she moved out of state to a better climate. Seasonal Affective Disorder is a real thing . The Northeast is not good for people who suffer from it

Funny as the attacking about people not getting the memo...a woman in a group I am in on fb just said she thought the ban was lifted at airports and they gave her a mask. She figured they were no longer needed. People truly don’t know.

I've seen that as well.at some places. I guess because they can't really check or enforce it they are asking as a courtesy for people to do the right thing.

A few places said masks required and one small restaurant type of place has no signs but everyone was wearing them so followed suit.
