Cold Cuts?
Is anyone buying cold cuts with this listeria outbreak going on? I'm just thinking about next week when I have to start making the kids' school lunches again.
Do you think it's safer to buy non-Boar's Head cold cuts? TIA!

Re: Cold Cuts?
If they are selling it, I would assume it is all cleared like Boars Head has said they are.

Re: Cold Cuts?
My husband has been eating his Boar's Head cold cuts daily after both delis he frequents said they cleaned all their equipment.

Re: Cold Cuts?
It gives me pause. People died from the outbreak and it was due to the facility where the products are being produced and packaged. There seems to be no repercussions for Boars Head either. I had $25 worth of cold cuts that had to be thrown out. I wonder how I am supposed to get reimbursed.
-For now, I am making my own meats for any type of wrap or sandwich.
