Wheatgrass Juice - A question

Hi

I have a question about the wheatgrass juice. I have been going to Jandys every day for my fresh shot of wheatgrass in the hope of lowering my FSH before the day 3 test. I have been taking 1 ounce a day - is this enough? Or should I take more? I hope not it is pretty grim!

I took 2 shots a day, and mine were .6 a shot..so a little over an ounce (1.2 oz) a day is what I did.
