Can anyone reccommend a GREAT hotel that is convenient for seeing all the tourist attractions? Looking for something nice because it is for a bday celebration! THANKS IN ADVANCE!

We stayed at the Melrose Hotel and thought it was a great location (between georgetown and many of the landmarks).

I LOVE, LOVE L'Enfant Plaza! And it has a metro stop in the hotel!
