That happens, but look at the total amount of weight you've lost, and you're still doing fine. Not to worry, just don't get discouraged Chat Icon

Thanks for the encouragement. I hope you are having a good week!Chat Icon

Great job, that is amazing!!!

Christy, don't get discouraged, you will probably still lose even if you somewhat followed your points!

Re: WW weekly weigh in

Well I gained .6 this week...but I was away most of the week, so I was expecting a slight gain. I just need to get serious for next week's weigh in.

Edited to say that I am down 37 pounds.

Re: WW weekly weigh in

I weighed in this morning...down 1.5 Yay, finally. Total weight loss 5lbs in one month. It's going slow, but it's going. When people say it gets harder when you're in your 30's, they weren't kidding. I used to loose 5lbs in less than 2 weeks. It's so much harder for me now, but I'm not giving up. Hope everyone had a good week.

Re: WW weekly weigh in

My update--
I am in "maintenance" now! I am basically at my goal weight (actually 2 lbs below!) right now, so I have the next few weeks to maintain it. If I do it for 6 weeks, I can become a "lifetime" member and not have to pay anymore! That will definitely keep me motivated to keep off the weight I lost (17lbs)!!!!

Re: WW weekly weigh in

I am confused too, as to how to determine my goal weight! When I asked, they wanted it much higher than I want...but...I'm thinking that maybe it's smart to go a little higher because after a baby it may be easier to reach it.

Thanks! I used the guidelines for my height, and went to the lowest weight there, since I am pretty small boned.
The WW staff should be able to help you come up with your goal weight though, you're supposed to meet with them to discuss it after you hit your first 10% loss. My 10% happened to be the same as my goal weight though, so now I'm on maintenance.

How many points to do you count a regular slice of cheese pizza from a Pizzeria? I keep getting different numbers from 6-10 points. That's a big difference. I want to make sure I'm counting right. Pizza is one of my FAVORITE foods and if I can eat it everyday, I would. TIA
