How dumb
I just got a letter in the mail offering me 25% off anything in the store (Coach) between Dec 2-Dec 10
I JUST GOT IT TODAY 
I called the 1800 number and they said there is nothing they can do to help me. How pointless is that?

It was just the 800 # on the card. I asked if the store would be able to do anything for me and she said I would have to go to the store near me and try to speak to someone there.
There is no postmark on it either so I don't even know when it was mailed but it has a first class stamp on it

I would call a store or just stop by....that is ridiculous if they don't honor the coupon.

I just wanted to add to this... yesterday I got a bunch of flyers and coupons from various stores and the offers either expired already or they are only good from x date - x date and yesterday was the middle of when they're valid
way to be on the ball!
