Re: how do you cook pork chops?

i marinate mine over nite in either bbq sauce or teriayki

then i put them on either a baking sheet or a pan- use tin foil to avoid a mess.

bake at 350-400 for 25-30 mins or until cooked through - dont overcook or they will dry out!

Re: how do you cook pork chops?

i dip them in egg and then in bread crumbs and fry them for like 2 minutes just to make the bread crumbs brown. then i put them in a baking dish and put slices of butter on top of them and bake on 425 for 30 minutes. but they have to be the thick ones and the ones on the bones taste better!

Re: how do you cook pork chops?

I bread mine also with bread crumbs and an egg. Put it in a pan...slice some potatoes and an onion. Bake for about 45 mins to an hour cover with foil.
Serve with applesauce Chat Icon

(The thicker pork chops are better for this recipe they dont dry out.)

Re: how do you cook pork chops?

I marinate them overnight and then grill them. I make pork chops about once every two weeks. I love pork chops.
Usually I marinate them in:
garlic cloves
mustard
worshire sauce
dab of tabasco
pepper
salt

Re: how do you cook pork chops?

Sometimes my mom used to put a can of baked beans in a baking dish and lay the pork chops in the beans, top with brown sugar and apple slices and bake. I loved it!!!! I would make it except DH doesnt like beans.

I dip the pork chops in Parmesan cheese, then in egg, then in bread crumbs. Fry for 3 minutes per side and then bake at 400 for about 10 - 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the chop.
